For your convenience we have summarized some of the herbal treatment descriptions. Please note, these are just little previews. To read all about how the illness develops, simple tips to prevent and treat them as well as home remedies, please click on the headings.

Acid Reflux Support
Gastro Intestinal Tract (GIT) health depends on all the organs supporting the digestive system performing in harmony and the gut itself functioning calmly and moving food along through the various stages of digestion...
Herbs: The mix I provide to acid reflux patients consists of the following herbal extracts: Chamomile, Alfalfa, Slippery Elm, Dandelion and Agrimony and the Bach Flower Remedies Walnut and Agrimony.

Colitis or Crohn's Disease
Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis and Antibiotic-Associated Colitis all effect the intestines of the bowel...also associated with certain disorders affecting other parts of the body such as gallstones, joint pain, inadequate absorption of nutrients, inflamed skin nodules and inflammation of the whites of the eyes....
Herbs:Agrimony, Chamomile, Slippery Elm, Rhubarb, Olive, Echinacea, Marshmallow and Dandelion with the Bach Flower Remedies Impatiens, Willow, Agrimony and Wild Oat.

Duodenal Ulcer Healing Program
Stress induced cramps in the system generally, and the duodenum in particular, can ultimately produce Duodenal Ulcers if the habit becomes deeply entrenched, and the liver at the same time is producing too much bile. This is because an interruption in peristaltic movement in the duodenum will allow the excess bile to attack its mucosal lining.
Herbs: A herbal mixture to support the healing is made up from the following ingredients: Agrimony, Chamomile, Dandelion, Gentian, Rue and Uva Ursi with the Bach Flower Remedies Willow, Vine.

Peptic and Gastric Ulcer Healing Program
Peptic ulcer is a well defined round sore where the lining has been eaten away by stomach acid.....Gastric Ulcers normally develop later in life from taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. .........on an emotional level we can't stomach who we are and hold a big fear of not being good enough and we eat ourselves up trying to please others....
Herbs: Chamomile, Slippery Elm, Olive, Alfalfa, Marshmallow and Dandelion with the Bach Flower Remedies Larch, Aspen, Willow and Wild Oat.

Hiatal Hernia
Stress induced stomach cramps can result in some of the acid contents of the stomach being forced back up the oesophagus and causes a burning sensation, ultimately damaging the hiatal valve at the top of the stomach and the lower end of the oesophagus...
Herbs: The mix I provide to Hiatal Hernia patients consists of the following herbal extracts: Chamomile, Alfalfa, Slippery Elm, Dandelion and Agrimony and the Bach Flower Remedies Walnut and Agrimony.

Indigestion Chronic
Stress induced stomach cramps is a situation where there has been interference in the normal flowing peristaltic pattern which moves through the whole of the GIT as part of normal functioning. These sorts of cramps can result in irritation in the lining of the stomach and in some of the acid contents of the stomach being forced back up the oesophagus and causes a burning sensation. These are the symptoms of indigestion if they occur only occasionally and they may be relieved with soothing food or antacid medications.
Herbs: The mix I provide to chronic indigestion sufferers consists of the following herbal extracts: Chamomile, Alfalfa, Slippery Elm, Dandelion and Agrimony and the Bach Flower Remedies Walnut and Agrimony.

Stomach Cramps (Emotional)
Stomach cramps, are the precursors of Stomach Ulcers if the habit becomes deeply entrenched. This is because an interruption in peristaltic movement in the stomach itself will reduce the protection from acid attack of the mucosal lining, which relies on constant movement to stimulate mucus production to wash acid away from the lining surface.
Herbs: This mix contains the following herbal extracts: Chamomile, Alfalfa, Slippery Elm, Liquorice and Marshmallow and the Bach Flower Remedies Walnut, Larch and Agrimony.
