For your convenience we have summarized some of the herbal treatment descriptions. Please note, these are just little previews. To read all about how the illness develops, simple tips to prevent and treat them as well as home remedies, please click on the headings.

Athletes Oil
This herbal recipe was developed for athletic injury and the preventative maintenance of muscles, ligaments and joints, subject to severe loads or shock.
Herbs: My standard mix for Athletes Oil includes:- Arnica, Comfrey, Linseed Oil, White Willow, Wintergreen Oil and Rescue Remedy.

Night Time Cramping
Night time cramping is a sudden, painful, usually brief contraction of a group of shortened muscles.
Herbs: The herbal mix includes Black Cohosh, Rue, Nettle, Prickley Ash and Valerian with the Bach Flowers Vervain, Impatiens, Elm, Honeysuckle, Oak and Olive.

Over Training - Muscular Soreness
Elite athletes can also overtrain, which is a situation where the wear and tear as well as the immune system cannot recover between training sessions. A very high level of athletic performance always treads a very fine line between overtraining and sufficient training.
Herbs: The herbs I include in my Overtraining Mix include the following; Rosehips, Maritime Pine, Equisetum, Nettle, Rue, Comfrey and Saw Palmetto.

Muscle Wastage Recovery
Muscle wastage following the immobilisation of a limb in a cast is a common case. However wastage following nerve damage, stroke or even prolonged bed rest, following a serious illness or surgery, can leave one with a loss of muscle tone or bulk, which must then be re-built.
Herbs: A combination of the herbs; Mugwort, Equisetum, Hawthorne, Rosehips, Nettle, Rue, Comfrey, Parsley and Saw Palmetto along with the Bach Flower Remedies Olive, Gorse and Oak

Restless Legs Syndrome
