Bruising Chronic Herbal Remedy

100 ml Blend, Dose 20 drops three times daily $58

Chronic bruising says to me that the blood vessel walls of the venous system are overly fragile.

These vessels are probably leaking blood into surrounding tissue and this leakage can be an underlying cause of low-grade anaemia and the feeling of never having enough energy.

If a patient sits down in front of me in a consultation with a low energy/ low resistance pattern and they admit under questioning, that they bruise easily and suffer from cold hands and feet, I know right then that I can rapidly improve their energy and resistance simply by improving blood quality in general and vein wall strength in particular.

It is important to rule out Leukaemia as a cause as this is one of the primary symptoms of this condition. Also to check that long term steroid use as in the case of asthma puffers, is not involved and to address these situations separately.

The basic Chronic Bruising Mix contains the following herbs; Yarrow, Broom, Nettle, Rue, Elecampane and Rosehips with the Bach Flowers Olive, Pine and Walnut.

20 drops three times daily taken in water and the inclusion of regular Black Currant Juice as in Fruit Cordial and Rosehips Tea, along with Buckwheat as in flour mixed into breads or pancakes, will ensure extra supplies of Rutin that will maintain the health of those blood vessel walls and reduce the onset and severity of varicosity as well.
